File Archiving Procedure 1. Fill out the File Closing Questionnaire (2 pages) in DocMan. You will find these by clicking the ‘Closing Checklist’ button. 2. Choose the duration for which the file should be stored. 3. Verify that the file has undergone proper pruning. 4. Determine the storage location: Westham or Paperless. 5. Double-check the accuracy of the address. 6. Designate the file as 'To Be Archived.' 7. Click the 'Print File Closing Form' button. 8. Secure the printed file closing form to the file using an elastic band; refrain from using staples. 9. Place the file (or just the file closing form for paperless storage) into an archive box corresponding to the designated storage duration. The files will be routinely collected for archiving, and their status will be updated to 'Archived' once they are placed in storage. View the following video for more information.

This is a video to provide some training on WillSuite and, in particular, preparing some more complex Wills together with tracked changes. The video is less about the actual Will provisions included here, we will cover that separately, but intended to be more about how to include particular provisions within WillSuite.
